Answer: Your attendees get the same high quality customer service, restaurant value, and an unbelievable room product at reasonable prices. We can keep our guest room rates and our banquet pricing low because of our loyal Locals that frequent our establishment.
Question: With the current economic challenges, has this affected your service level?
Answer: The South Point Hotel has basically kept the same number of employees since opening the hotel, no major cut-backs. This has allowed us to maintain the same level of customer service and hotel cleanliness throughout these challenging times.
Question: Is the South Point Hotel flexible with regards to contract negotiations, rental fees, room rates, etc?
Answer: The South Point Hotel is solely owned by Mr. Michael Gaughan. In difference to hotels with corporate structures and stockholders, the hotel is managed by the individual Department Heads that answer directly to Mr. Gaughan. This structure empowers them to make quick decisions, ensuring the utmost customer service benefiting our Group Business. |
